Right now, I’m focusing on dog walking and giving pups a safe, engaging, and positive experience on their daily outings. I have over 5 years of hands-on experience working in a shelter setting, working with all types of dogs — from social butterflies to anxious or reactive pups. Every walk is tailored to each dog’s needs, energy level, and comfort. I read body language, move at their pace, and provide structure, enrichment, and calm guidance. Your dog will get patience, safety-focused handling, and the same love and attention I’d give my own.

I’ve had McKayala watch my new puppy twice already, I love that she is super communicative & responsive, and helped me feel at ease leaving her . Both times she’s done great with my pup, getting some of that high energy out! She will be my go to sitter. 😊
McKayla had done 3 drop in’s for us as she’s so wonderful with our dogs. She’s always punctual and sends lots of great pictures. It’s clear they really enjoy her company!

McKayla is a dog whisperer. My dog can be fearful and reactive of strangers and she took to McKayla right away. She walked my dog several times while I was on a 2 week trip, and I felt so comfortable knowing my quirky pup was in good hands. You can tell she has a lot of experience with dogs who have special considerations. So happy I found her as a walker! Highly recommend her.
McKayla was amazing with our dogs! She came out to meet our dogs before the visit so they could get to know her. She sent updates and photos as well during her visit. Great first experience using Rover!
