Safety, trust & environment

In my home, Ketchup runs the show. I feed her (obviously), groom her regularly, take her for her annual check-ups, and spend an immense amount of my time playing, petting, and attending to her. For a client, I make sure there's always food and water available at the appropriate times, groom as needed, play and walk regularly, and I'll attend to any other pet necessities when asked!

Information Mcelvey S. would like to know about your pet

Any modes of escape from the yard or house. Typical behaviors that may affect the house in any way, by knowing about it, I can make sure to keep an eye out for it and do any necessary cleaning or adjusting.

A typical day

l love to play with the animals! I’ll typically play fetch with them whenever I take them outside. And I’ve always loved tug of war! When taking them on walks, I’ll always try to find a nice shady wooded area so that neither one of us get too hot, but we still get the fresh air of the trees. I’ll also give dogs kongs, bones, or treats when I leave the house for a bit.

Pet care experience

I've grown up taking care of pets; my family has relied on me to walk, bathe, train, allot medications, and take our animals to the vet. My cat is my best friend, and I know how a deep, heart-felt relationship with an animal is healthy for not only the person but the animal, too.

The dogs love Mcelvey. She is always very responsive and sends great pictures everyday. She has no problems handling my Newfie (170lbs) or GoldenDoodle (65 lbs)
