Friends Call Me the Pet Whisperer!
Hi there! Growing up with dogs, cats, hamsters and parakeets, one could say loving and caring for animals is almost second nature to me. I have experience dog and cat sitting for neighbors, friends and family, providing drop-ins, overnight care, scheduled feeding, walking, grooming and most importantly, playtime! Currently, I work remote M-F, which allows me time to schedule breaks for those ever so important check ins on your fur family. Once hired, your pet is my priority while you are away. I’m comfortable harnessing, walking and cleaning up after small-medium dogs. If necessary, I can bathe your pet, following cues from your pet and any tips from you to make the experience smooth and nourishing. I love cats and understand their various temperaments and boundaries. Good with brushing, feeding, litter box cleaning, nail trim (animal permitting) and spot bathing for those ever fun dingleberries. A little about me: I have two cats, Suki and Wolfie - both rescued. I have raised them since they were young kittens. I volunteer with Viva Los Gatos and have actually fostered kittens for Dogs Unlimited Rescue. I recently returned from 18 months in Mexico, where I volunteered with a local rescue group and independently fostered and rescued as well. When I’m not playing with my fur babies, I love to cook, go on walks and act.

Safety, trust & environment
I require detailed instructions for the caring of your pet. Let me know any special needs, temperament, diet and medication. I have given insulin injections to dogs before and have hidden pills in treats. I will treat your pet like my family while you are away. I’ll engage them in playtime, cuddle time if they are willing, make sure their environment is secure and clean, ensure they have water and food as need (including those ever crucial treats). I am happy to provide plenty of pictures and maintain open communication with the client.

McCall is THE BEST! We will definitely be rebooking her in the future. We had a bat in our house and she captured it and placed it outside for us!! Our kitties loved her as well. She even stopped an extra day because she was nearby. Thanks so much McCall, we appreciate you!
Thank you for taking such good care of my boy! He warmed up very quickly and got all the exercise and love he needed.
She was attentive and did well with my cats, and they seemed comfortable in her care. She was also kind enough to feed my fish and checked in to make sure I made it home safely from my trip. With my dog, there was some initial stress around the routine I had set out, and they seemed to struggle to connect. Once we adjusted the routine, things improved and they settled into a better rhythm.
Had a great experience! Got thorough updates with plenty of photos daily.
McCall is a very caring cat sitter. My kitty Jack is very sweet but is shy around new people, he usually hides from cat sitters but she was able to make him comfortable enough to play and get some pets.
McCall has been amazing with my shy kitty while I’ve been out of town. Will continue to book with her, great experience so far!

Schedule
I work remote full time, M-F. I have an hour lunch break which I can easily use to check in on your pet. I typically start services at 8 am but can be available earlier upon request. Happy to check in on your pet as late as 9 pm (arrival time). Working remote allows me to have breaks, which I can dedicate to caring for your pet. Owner permitting, I am also comfortable taking my laptop to the client home to spend some extra time with your pet while working.
