Hi! My name is Mayra, and I’m a professional pet groomer with experience dating back to 2015. Although I’m not currently working full time as a groomer, grooming is my passion and something I continue to do with love and care. I also groom cats from time to time and am currently expanding my skills as a cat stylist. In addition, I have two years of experience as a small animal caretaker, which included cleaning habitats and administering medication when needed. Being a pet stylist has taught me a great deal about animal behavior, allowing me to provide calm, patient, and attentive care. I previously had two fur babies of my own who are now in heaven, and they taught me the importance of trust, compassion, and treating every pet as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I hope to be that person for you.

Mayra went above and beyond today with our golden puppy! She was gentle, loving, and very communicative. This was the first time we ever left her with someone and she immediately put us at ease. She even took the initiative and gave our pup a bath! Nala was happy, smelled amazing and had clearly had a great day at Mayra’s house. We will absolutely book her again!

Excellent service! She took on the challenging task of caring for my 9 month old large male puppy for 7 days. I would highly recommend her as she’s very accommodating and treats every dog well as if it’s their own home. Mayra provides a great service and pays attention to the details that matter in order to meet the dog’s needs. She’s one of the top sitters on Rover in my opinion.
Mayra was so amazing with my dog Bella. I was super nervous as I have never left her with anyone before. She cared for her like her own and her kids were so great with her as well. She sent so many photos and videos which made me feel even more comfortable. I highly recommend Mayra and her family for any pet sitting!

Schedule
I’m now a stay-at-home mom, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to be present with your pet. I groom occasionally, but my main focus is providing attentive, loving care and making sure your fur baby feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
