I was a proud dog mom for over 20 years. While my beloved pups have since crossed the rainbow bridge, my love for dogs has never faded. I enjoy spending time with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I understand the importance of providing them with patience, attention, and care. I would love the opportunity to treat your furry family member as if they were my own.

When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions and respect each pet’s unique personality, routine, and boundaries. I believe patience and consistency are important in building trust. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. Whether that means playtime, belly rubs (if they’re willing!), companionship, or long walks when weather and the pet’s needs allow, I will provide attentive care and treat them as if they were my own.

I’ve known Mayra for a little over 3 years. She’s an absolute saint when it comes to caring for pets. She had a big pitbull named Pluto and she spoiled him. She would get him all sorts of new beds and toys and meal prepped for him fresh food. If I had a pet of my own she’d be the first person I’d call to care for them if I was away.
Mayra is a great and compassionate person. We have 2 dogs and a cat and she is so helpful whenever we need her to take care of them. She is dependable and loving to our pets when we are out of town which is the most important thing to us!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with pets. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for them is something I genuinely look forward to each day.
