Availability
Even though I’m a student, I’m very organized, and I treat pet-care commitments like appointments I can’t miss. I use a planner to make sure feeding, walking, and check-ins are scheduled and consistent. My weekly routine leaves space for morning and afternoon visits, and I’m usually available on weekends as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets by creating a safe, comfortable, and structured environment. In my home, I have a fenced yard in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of grass for play and walks. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely—providing consistent feeding, fresh water, playtime, and any specific instructions to make sure their pet feels secure and well-cared for.

Information Maya V. would like to know about your pet
Any allergies, their behavior with humans, other animals, and in new environments, as well as any triggers or fears. It’s important to know their diet, feeding schedule, and daily routine (including walks, potty breaks, and crate use). Any special care needs should be discussed, such as medications, medical conditions, or special needs, along with health insurance information and details about any recent or ongoing medical issues or vet visits. Emergency contact information and the preferred veterinarian are also essential. Additionally, it’s helpful to know what commands the dog knows, the training style used, house rules (such as whether the dog is allowed on furniture or in certain rooms), and specifically what not to do with their dog to ensure consistency and safety.
A typical day
I will take them for walks up to an hour, take them to the doggy park to socialize or even just a park! I will snuggle with them or play fetch or tug with them!

Amazing! Our dogs were perfectly taken care of.

Maya was wonderful with our dog, Toph. Toph was happy after spending time with her. Maya is very friendly and helpful. She takes time to get to know you as a person, not just a client. I highly recommend her!
Maya is a very responsible, reliable, caring and kind person, she loves pets. She is our house sitter and walks our fur babies often. She makes sure your pet is safe and take photos of your pet. Our pets love her.
