Hi there! I am a fourth-year vet student with a lot of pet care experience! I have experience looking after many different kinds of animals, including dogs, cats, fish, horses, reptiles, and chickens. I have experience taking care of every size of dog, kittens as young as 24 hours old and as old as 18 year hospice cats. I grew up with a Rottweiler named Ayla and have been around large dogs for as long as I can remember. I have also worked in a veterinary clinic for the last 3 years and am comfortable giving oral, injectable, topical, eye, and ear medications to dogs and cats. I have been petsitting for about 8 years. I am happy to do whatever I need to in order to keep your animals comfortable and happy! I will give them attention and love as if they were my own. I have a special love for rescue animals and am happy to take things slow with animals that find new people scary! I am also a Fear Free Certified Professional and am both Basic and Advanced Life Support certified for pets.

Maya is absolutely wonderful. She is sweet and patient with our cat, who can get anxious when we're away — but he warmed up to her immediately. Maya kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our trip, which gave us real peace of mind. She was thoughtful, caring, and thorough, and went above and beyond for Chevy. We couldn't have felt better about leaving him in her hands — she'll be our go-to sitter from now on.

Maya has dropped in on my cat a couple of times now and is super friendly and awesome!
We booked Maya for house visits while we were out of town. She was reliable, communicated frequently, and got along great with our two cats! She was also able to give oral medicine which was especially appreciated.
Maya was wonderful with my girls! I felt super comfortable leaving my senior pets with Maya as well. I could tell my pets were also very comfortable with Maya and enjoyed their time with her!! Definitely will be rebooking with Maya in the future when able to! 🫶 we are so grateful!!
