I've cared for pets my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them! I currently have a pitbull and a dachshund, and I’ve always had cats too. I believe every animal deserves respect, patience, and understanding. I’m great at reading animal body language, respecting their boundaries, and making them feel safe and happy. I use lots of positive reinforcement—like treats you approve of—to build trust and comfort. I also have experience safely administering medications, whether it's pills, liquids, or topical treatments. If needed, I can gently and safely correct bad behavior to help reinforce good habits. Your pets will be treated like family. :)

I can’t recommend Maya enough! They recently watched my two dogs and two cats, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the very beginning, communication was excellent—they kept me updated with daily messages and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Both my dogs were walked, played with, and clearly loved on, and my cats (who can be a little shy) warmed up to them quickly. It was obvious that each pet’s unique needs and personalities were respected and cared for. I came home to happy, relaxed animals and a tidy house. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and truly cares for animals as if they were their own, Maya is the one! I’ll absolutely be booking with them again.
We were so pleased and impressed by the care Maya gave our 2 dogs while we were on an overseas trip. Multiple pictures were sent and little stories. The dogs looked so happy and they were great when we got home. Maya also took great care of our house. I will absolutely use her again
Maya did a fantastic job! She’s dependable, communicates clearly, and makes everything feel calm and easy. I appreciated how flexible she was with my schedule — especially when things got a little unpredictable around feeding. She’s thoughtful, attentive, and even managed to keep me comfortable during my occasional mood swings. She’s someone I’d trust again without hesitation.
Maya has been wonderful with both my cat and Great Dane! She’s attentive, responsible, and completely comfortable handling pets with different needs—including administering medications. I never have to worry when my pets are in her care because she communicates clearly and consistently, keeping me updated the entire time. I highly recommend Maya to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate sitter!
