Animal lover, home full-time!
Over 5 yrs ago I sadly had to take a break from Rover, as I began a new full time job outside the home and no longer had time to dedicate to doggies 👎🏻 But now, I am back to being a a stay at home mom of a 12 yr old, and looking forward to filling my days with something fulfilling- and other than travel, nothing feeds my soul more than animals! I offered services through Rover for about a year previously, and got the opportunity to meet and care for many amazing dogs (some for several weeks at a time, and some regularly for daycare); however, most of my experience comes from caring for pets my whole life. Right now, I have a friendly 5 year old Jack Russel Terrier named Alfie who keeps me busy and who would eagerly welcome some fur friends! I am at a stage in my life where I have lots of time to devote myself to this passion. I love to be busy and active (especially outdoors) so I would also guarantee regular walks (if that is their jam), lots of playtime and many cuddles of course!! Our pets are family, and so I would vow to treat all animals with love and compassion as if they were my own!!

Kota was well taken care of Maya provided updates to calm his nervous mommy. He has separation anxiety issues and Maya has been very accommodating and patient. He looks forward to seeing her and her little dog Alfie again.
Maya and her partner were extremely professional and helpful when she watched my Sami for a few hours while I was at a funeral. While he missed me, I'm thankful they were able to keep him calm and entertained! Their home is beautiful and very well-dog proofed! I strongly recommend her!
Maya is a person who genuinely lives animals and it shows. I know Lola had a great time during her stay and am grateful that I didn't have too worry about her during my time away

I’ve known Maya for over 10 years. She is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I know. I would trust her to watch my children, my house or my pets without any hesitation. Since I’ve known her, she had a dog named Daisy and has a boy cat named Sabrina. They both lived very long, happy, healthy lives. She is a great pet owner and would be a great pet babysitter or walker if you needed someone to help out. I’ve never met anyone, ever, that doesnt adore Maya. She is an honest, kind and gentle soul. You and your pups will love her too!
Maya is a natural with animals. Very kind, caring and attentive. I've known Maya for almost 20 years and she has been a loving pet mommy to both cats and a dog. She has watched my dog on many occasions and he's always so excited to see her. I would definitely recommend Maya as a dog caregiver...she is extremely responsible and has so much love to give.

Schedule
Currently focusing on being a stay at home mom, or “home manager”, so pups would get full time attention! Unless I have an event or vacation booked, I’m able to tend to their needs 24/7.

I have a fully fenced large yard that my pup loves to run laps in frequently and I will be home mostly all the time to supervise, stimulate and snuggle!

A typical day
I have a big fenced yard for playtime but also love to take my energetic Jack Russel terrier out for long walks or even several walks a day, weather permitting! If lounging is more their thing, I’m happy to chill on the couch with them too!
