Loving Home with Large Yard!
I have a large yard and live within walking distance of a park with a dog park, so there’s plenty of space for play and exercise. I genuinely love caring for dogs, and our home is very dog-friendly. We lost our sweet girl Stella in December (2025) and recently adopted Pepper, a playful younger pup who loves having other dogs around. Ellie is also very used to having companions and does great with visiting pups, so your dog will have built-in friends during their stay. I work from home Monday through Friday and am home most weekends, so dogs get lots of attention, supervision, and outdoor time throughout the day. Between a flexible schedule and a home where dogs are part of the routine, your pup will feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home. I’ve cared for 40+ dogs of all ages and needs (from young puppies to senior and special-needs dogs) so I’m comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels, and routines.

This was our first experience having our dog Bear stay with Maya and her family. Bear tends to get anxious in new places, so we were a bit nervous, but Maya did an excellent job taking care of him and making him feel comfortable and at home, even while he was away from us. Maya is wonderful, she kept us reassured with regular updates, along with pictures and videos of Bear. Thank you, Maya, to you and your family. It truly means a lot to us. Bear is not just our dog, he is like our son, and we are so grateful for the love and care you gave him. Thanks a ton!
Maya took care of our puppers, Ruby, and she was such a kind and gracious puppy sitter! Ruby had such a great time, as was evident by the big smile stretching from ear to ear. We certainly hope to have Ruby visit again!
This was our first time having our puppy away overnight and Maya did a wonderful job. She made us comfortable with the environment she provides and how she cares for the fur babies. We also really appreciate the updates and photos/videos! Would bring our pup Dini to Maya again in the future.
Maya and David took great care of Murphy for 8 nights while I was on vacation. Murphy can be a handful since he is only 15 months old and I felt very comfortable the entire time I was away and I know he had fun as well, which is icing on the cake!!
I was thankful Maya was able to take Banjo on short notice! Banjo got tons of good exercise in the big fenced-in backyard. That was a bonus for Banjo! Banjo is nervous on stairs, and Maya carried him (59 lbs.!) up and down in order to get him outside. Needless to say, Banjo was well taken care of!

Schedule
Routine I work from home Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, so Ellie isn’t left alone during the day. I’m also home and available most weekends. Our days follow a consistent routine: Ellie goes out first thing between 6:30 and 7 AM, then eats breakfast. In the winter, walks are weather-permitting, so most outdoor time is in the yard with plenty of supervised play. Dinner is around 6 PM and bedtime is around 9 PM. Visiting dogs fit right into this rhythm, with regular outdoor breaks, playtime, and lots of company throughout the day.

I provide a safe and comfortable environment where dogs can relax and play. My home has a fenced yard for outdoor time, and I supervise dogs throughout the day since I work from home. I make sure all dogs get plenty of attention, follow any special care instructions, and have an stress-free stay.

I don’t have a list of special activities, but I do have a large yard that gives pets plenty of space to run, sniff, and play. I make sure they get lots of attention, time outside, and plenty of love while they’re with me. Whether it’s fetch, sunbathing, or just roaming around the yard, I let the pet’s energy and personality guide the fun.
