The Duo Professional Meet & Greet We believe a successful stay starts with a thorough, transparent introduction. As an insured husband-and-wife team, we conduct a 15 to 30-minute Meet & Greet for all new clients to ensure we are the perfect match for your home and pets. ▪️Medical & Care Review: For our senior and special-needs clients, we will walk through your pet's specific medical routine. If you require complex care (5+ meds) or fluids, we ask for a brief demonstration to ensure we follow your exact technique. ▪️Safety & Environment Walkthrough: We’ll review your home’s security and "pet-proof" any areas of concern. The Duo Advantage: You'll likely meet both of us! This allows you to see how we interact as a team and gives you peace of mind knowing exactly who will be in your home.

Maya and Jono were so sweet when I first invited them over for a meet and greet with our dogs. They took meticulous notes and made sure to ask important questions that showed they were invested in our dogs’ well-being. They kept us updated and informed on their status when they were heading over to check in on our pups and provided regular updates and adorable pictures on our dogs. We had just moved to the area from across the country and were leaving on our first trip to go back to visit friends and family so we were very concerned about our dogs being taken care of in our absence. So happy to have found Maya and Jono through Rover. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet sitters and I am looking forward to asking them to watch our pups again in the future!
Maya and Jonathan were amazing! They took care of our cats and dogs, including our elderly kitty who is sick and needs medicine. They sent tons of updates and the animals looked so loved and cared for. House was very clean when we returned. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend and am about to book a few more dates with rhem!
Our dog requires special care due to medical conditions. Maya and Jonathan were very organized, professional and responsive seeing to her needs while we were out of town. They are fantastic to work with and we’ll definitely be booking them again!

Schedule
In the evenings and weekends we are available to care for your home and pets as a duo, otherwise we take turns taking care of your pet(s) during the day. P

- Here’s what’s helpful to know ahead of time to provide the best care for your pets: Daily Routine: Feeding schedule, walking times, and play preferences. Health Needs: Any medications, allergies, or special conditions. Behavior: Temperament, likes/dislikes, triggers (e.g., strangers, loud noises), or medical concerns. House Rules: Allowed areas, leash rules, or special instructions. Emergency Info: Vet contact details, emergency contact and any backup plans. Clear Setup Request: To ensure seamless visits, we ask that all leashes, medications, food, and treats be left out in a visible, easily accessible location prior to service. We don't accept animals with a bite history or animals that are separated. This ensures we can keep your pets happy, healthy, and stress-free while you're away!
