Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life. I have raised three dogs on my own from puppies, so am very familiar with all stages of a dog's life, their needs and wants. I have a super friendly Charcoal Lab that would love to spend time with your dog while you are away!

Don't hesitate to book with Maya! My fiancé and I came to lake placid and wanted to see the Olympic museum but given that it's not pet friendly I was worried I may not get to do it. I messaged Maya and she met us outside of the center and took care of him so we could explore inside. My pup Joe was taken well care of Maya and I'd book with her again in a heartbeat!
Maya is prompt and responsive. Would highly recommend.

I have a large yard and a friendly Lab for playing! I have a large crate if needed to make your pets feel comfortable or safe. I have had pets with health issues in the past, so am comfortable administering medication if necessary. I am also happy to bring pets to vet appointments, groomers, or any other appointments they may have.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs. I have owned dogs that needed daily oral and injected medication, so that is not a problem for me to do. I want to make sure that your dog gets everything they need while in my care!
A typical day
I love to go hiking and swimming with my dogs and would love to bring your dogs with me on those activities! I also love walking around Mirror Lake and spending time in our yard playing with our kids.

I am already caring for a pet every single day, so this fits in my routine very well. We take daily walks in the morning and evening, and usually spend the entire day together.
