I have been around dogs since I was four years old! I’ve had two cocker spaniels, German shepherds, and I now have a chihuahua mix so I am used to all sizes of dogs! I also had a cat and have taken care of many cats in the past, so I am fully prepared to help take care of your kitties! I’ve also had pet rats, hamsters, and birds in the past so if you have other pets you need help with, I am more than prepared to assist! I am especially prepared to take care of dogs with a variety of needs, I have a lot of experience with elderly dogs and dogs who require medication so this is not an issue for me at all. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have! I can’t wait to meet your pets!

This was the first time leaving my dog alone with someone not immediate family and honestly Maya was AMAZING. She was super communicative and sent photos every day! She was so caring to my dog and her personal dog was also amazing to my baby. Would highly recommend.

Schedule
I work a school schedule and have a dog at home! For boarding, if it’s while I am at work, your dog will need to be able to be alone for the duration of a work day. I have off for a handful of breaks so this varies :)

Safety, trust & environment
I care for every pet as if they were my own! I love animals so much, and have a dog myself, so I always make sure to care for other dogs/cats/pets as I do my own dog! I like to make sure the environment is as comfortable as possible for your pet and to stick to their usual schedule to help them cope with you being away!
Pets
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks around the park/interesting scenery. I especially like to go on hikes, so if your dog is very agile, I will happily take them with me! Also happy to take dogs to dog parks if this is something you feel comfortable with (but I respect any hesitation!).
