I currently work a full-time 8 AM to 5 PM job, but I’m flexible and happy to work around my schedule. I can stop by for visits in the mornings before work, during my lunch break, or after work in the evenings. I’ll do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine and needs!

I follow your care instructions closely and am attentive to any special needs, including administering medications (oral or topical). I also treat your home with respect and make sure it is clean and secure when I leave. I aim to leave your home in better condition than when I arrived and will always communicate openly with you throughout my visit. You can trust that your furry family members will receive lots of love, attention, and responsible care while you’re away!

A typical day
A typical day with your pet is all about making sure they feel happy, loved, and relaxed! I love spending quality time getting to know each pet’s unique personality — whether that means going on a nice walk, playing with their favorite toys, or simply relaxing together for some snuggles. I enjoy taking dogs on walks to get fresh air and exercise, and I love giving them plenty of time to sniff and explore. For cats, I enjoy interactive play and making sure they get plenty of attention. I’m also gentle and patient with senior pets or those who may be a bit shy — making sure they feel safe and comfortable. At the end of the day, my favorite part of pet care is seeing that happy tail wag or content purr — knowing your pet felt loved and well cared for while you were away!

I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I owned a dog for 8 years and have had cats for over 17 years. I truly believe pets bring so much joy and comfort to our lives, and I love being able to care for them as if they were my own. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve also provided pet sitting for neighbors and friends over the years. I’m experienced with pets of all ages — from playful kittens to senior dogs and cats — and I’m comfortable administering both oral and topical medications when needed. When I care for your pets, their safety and happiness are my top priorities. I’ll make sure doors and gates are always secured, I’ll be attentive to any messes, and I’ll leave your home as clean (or cleaner!) than when I arrived. I also love taking dogs for walks and spending quality playtime with both dogs and cats. I look forward to meeting your furry family members and giving them the love, care, and comfort they deserve!

Maya was wonderful. She was really nice and easy to talk to when we did the meet and greet. We needed to find someone on short notice since the person we used in the past was no longer on here. So we were happy that she was available and lived close to us. She did a great job and made our two kitties feel comfortable while we were away for the weekend. I would book her again for any future trips we may have.
