Where Pets Feel Right at Home
I’ve grown up with a family dog for most of my life, so caring for pets has always felt natural and comforting to me. For the past 3 years, I’ve had my own dog, Milo, who is now 3 years old and the sweetest companion. He loves making new friends, so your pets will always have a buddy around to keep them company. :) I’m a junior in college studying biomedical sciences with a focus on veterinary medicine, and caring for animals is truly my passion. I’m home most of the time, only stepping out for short 2–3 hour classes so your pets will never go long without love and attention. I’m experienced in giving medications, caring for both energetic puppies and gentle seniors, and making sure every pet feels safe and cherished. When your pets are with me, I’ll treat them like family, making sure to send lots of photos and videos so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.

This was our first time leaving our sweet girl, and we went back and forth on different options. We ultimately decided to try an overnight sitter first, with the plan to move forward if it felt like a good fit—and we’re so glad we did. Kai is a rescue, so we’re always a bit concerned about how she’ll do around other dogs. But at Maya’s, Kai becomes a completely different dog! She plays with Maya’s little Milo and seems to love Maya just as much as she loves being with us. During her first stay, Kai was a little nervous, but the second time—when we brought her for a longer stay—it felt like a full-on reunion. She was so excited to see Maya and Milo, and that gave us all the reassurance we needed to truly relax while we were away. Maya went above and beyond by sending us tons of pictures and videos of Kai’s “vacation,” and it genuinely looked like she was having the best time. In fact, we even came home a day early and still let Kai stay the extra day because she was clearly having such a blast! We will absolutely continue to use Maya as our go-to sitter. She loves the furbabies like her own, and Milo is just as sweet and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Maya is the Best! So friendly and so welcoming. She sent me pics everyday of my guy Eli who always had a big smile on his face. I could not be happier. I had never used Rover before and the experience was exceptional.

Schedule
Pet care is truly part of my everyday life. Since I’ve always had dogs growing up and now have my own 3-year-old pup, Milo, caring for animals naturally fits into my daily routine. I’m home most of the time, and the longest I’m away is just a couple of hours for class, so there’s plenty of time for walks, play, feeding, and lots of cuddles. Milo is an extremely active dog so I already have a routine filled with love, activity, and attention, and I happily extend that same care to any pets I’m looking after. Whether it’s sticking to a feeding schedule, giving medications, or just spending quality time, I make sure every pet feels included, cared for, and safe throughout my day.

My home is fully puppy-proofed, nothing dangerous is ever left out since my own dog loves to chew and explore. It’s a safe and comfortable space where pets can relax, play, and feel right at home. I also have space for a crate if that’s part of your pet’s routine. Milo, my 3-year-old pup, is very friendly and loves having company. He’s always happy to play, but he’s also great at respecting other dogs’ space if they’d rather just relax. Your pet will always have the choice of companionship or quiet time. While I don’t have a fenced-in yard, we go every day to a large, fenced-in park that is usually empty where the dogs can run, play, and get plenty of exercise. Between indoor play, outdoor adventures, and lots of love and attention, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and happy during their stay.

I love to take my dog to the park and let him explore, I also love to have my dog play games inside to keep in occupied. I’m sure your pet will have a blast with us!
