I’ve cared for dogs and cats for years through family, friends, and neighbors, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals of all energy levels! I grew up with a hyper poodle-terrier mix, so I’m very comfortable with energetic dogs and active playtime. I also currently have a mellow, cuddly polydactyl Russian Blue cat, so I’m comfortable with both high-energy pets and calmer ones. As a law student, I take responsibility seriously and pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and detail-oriented. I’ll make sure your pets feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding schedules, administering basic medications, and giving pets extra patience and attention when needed. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout the stay.

I understand how important it is to trust someone with both your pets and your home. I’ll make sure to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m attentive during walks and always respectful of my client’s homes and instructions.

Maya was an incredible house sitter and took great care of our elderly cat. She’s thoughtful and respectful - and clearly loved our little kitty. Her regular communication and photos made us smile and feel confident she was being well taken care of while we were away. I hope she’ll back!
Maya was very responsive and reliable during the initial search process and the house sitting time. She stayed with Doug for 2 nights/3 days. She sent us a picture update during her time with Doug, and communicated at various points to check in. We will be using Maya’s services again soon!

Maya was an amazing neighbor to me and I could always count on her to take care of my dog and my cat whenever I was out of town. She was always super responsive and sending me updates on both animals throughout the day. She followed all of the directions I provided and my pets absolutely loved her. She is very responsible and there are few other people besides her that I would trust with my animals.
I had such a great experience with Maya. She took great care of my dog while I was away and gave me complete peace of mind. I appreciated the updates, photos, and extra care they put into making sure my dog was comfortable and happy. I would book with Maya again!

Schedule
I’m currently waiting to start my summer job in June, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available throughout the week for overnight stays, walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and check-ins. I’m happy to accommodate different routines and care needs.
