Availability
I currently work part-time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so my schedule is relatively flexible and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so fitting walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins into my routine comes naturally. My availability may change in the future if I transition into full-time work, but for now I have a flexible schedule for pet sitting and drop-in care.

I currently only offer pet sitting in my client’s home, as I’m not able to have pets in my own home. I work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend quality time with the pets I care for. I make sure all of their needs are met, including feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, medication if needed, and giving them attention and companionship so they feel comfortable while their owner is away.

it’s important to know their normal routine, personality, energy level, feeding schedule, any medications or health concerns, and how they behave around other people or animals. I also like to know their favorite activities, any fears or triggers they may have, and emergency contact information so I can provide the safest and best care possible
A typical day
I love keeping pets active and entertained based on their personality and energy level. I enjoy going on walks, playing fetch, going on little adventures, playing with toys, giving lots of attention, and just spending quality time with them so they feel comfortable and happy while their owner is away. I also understand that some pets are more relaxed and may just want company, cuddles, or a calm environment

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around pets and have always been very comfortable caring for animals. I had pets throughout my childhood and also did in-home pet sitting for a neighbor for about two years until they moved away. My boyfriend also has a dog that I regularly help care for, including walks, outings, and spending time with him. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and making sure they feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while their owners are away.

Maya is a responsible pet lover--she loves all of the four legged friends. She is empathetic and sweet with you pet. She was a great asset with out two large doge. Neither of which were easy to walk. She was able to get a handle on them both. Maya is a college student with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. She has been able to assist us multiple times with loving on our four legged friends. They always get so excited to see her when she pulls in and calls them the tails start wagging!!
