Looking to fill the dachshund hole in my heart
I am a proud former owner of two incredible miniature dachshunds. Both who lived to 17/18 years old as a result of the love and care we gave them. It has been a good few years since the last one passed away and I still feel there is a big hole in my life. I am not ready to own another dog just yet, but looking to care for other little souls who need looking after from time to time. I am particularly keen on sitting smaller dogs and very experienced with adult/oldies.

How I care for dogs really depends on the dog's character/age. With oldies and puppies, I will bring them everywhere with me if that's what they need. I'd let them out in the garden every hour to prevent accidents and take them on a short walk twice a day. With healthy adult dogs, I imagine it would be easier and dependent on what they're used to. I will only lead walk until I get to know the dog better!

May was right on time and our puppy was excited to meet her! We came home and our pup was tired out, a good sign! May asked all the right questions and kept us updated while we were out. We hope she’ll be available to watch our Pickle again!

May looked after my Jack Russell Toby who can be quite nervous with new people. Toby loved May straight away and is super excited whenever she goes to May’s for the day. Such a lovely experience - I would definitely recommend.

Schedule
I am regularly available on weeknights from 6 pm and very open to helping out on weekends. I live in Camden so neighbouring areas like Kentish town, Archway, Tufnell Park, Angel and Kings Cross are very handy for me to get to quickly on my bike.
