Hello! I just moved to NY from Boston and am looking to take on new clients. I am an animal lover with over 10+ years of experience working with cats and dogs. As a mother of one (my dog), I take pet sitting very seriously. I have a 9 year Shiba Inu whom I love with all of my heart. As a pet parent myself, I know the importance of hiring a professional and attentive pet sitter during important events, both planned and unplanned. I initially started Rover in undergrad hoping to fill my time but have continued using the app because of my love for animals! As a caring, attentive, and patient individual, I believe in providing the best care for your pets. My goal is to provide gentle care and give the best cuddles to your pet(s) while you’re away. I work mostly from home and can provide flexible care for your little one(s)! I am fully available on weekends and holidays if I am not already booked! Clients love that I send lots of pictures and videos every visit!

May is always reliable and goes above and beyond with Courage. She is sweet with him and comes early to ease his anxiety. She also takes extra care with his food and even prepares it for the next day.

We didn’t ask for that and she went above and beyond. On top, she’s always consistent with her communication and shows such care for our Courage. Will always use May!

May is terrific! I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. She is dependable, responsible, attentive, and incredibly caring, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. We especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and thoughtful communication, which allowed us to enjoy our time away without worrying. It was obvious that our dog, Dante, received plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and individualized May is everything you could hope for in a pet sitter. We would gladly use her services again and recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for outstanding care for their pets.

Schedule
I WFH and usually start my day early. I aim to mimic your daily schedule so your little one doesn’t feel overwhelmed or anxious. I’m flexible and can go on walks many times a day!

I stay pretty active and generally take my own dog out for 4/5 walks per day. I enjoy long walks and exploring new neighborhoods! I enjoy reading, learning new hobbies, and occasionally bake.
Pets
A typical day
I start my day fairly early and enjoy starting my mornings off with a long walk and a trip to a coffee shop. I’ll typically bring back a pup cup if you prefer your pet don’t tag along in the car. Playtime follows and of course then it’s cuddle time. If I’m working remote, I’d like to take your pet on an adventure and work at a coffee shop while getting to explore a new neighborhood. Lots of new smells for the little one and we’ll come back where they can enjoy a nice long nap.
