Currently care for my two pups and bearded dragon at home. I enjoy pet care as it helps to provide a purposeful break from school. Caring for animals feels like second nature with my schedule, and I’m able to seamlessly provide for your pets while maintaining my school schedule without any lapse in care.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide a close eye on the animals that I care for, and due to my experience as a veterinary assistant I am able to recognize potential medical needs of your animal companions. I’m comfortable walking pets, supervising them in a fenced in yard, or any other method that your pet uses to go outside! While in your home, I maintain close proximity to your pets, and engage them in enriching activities during my time with them.
Information Maxwell H. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know what your pet’s needs are before my stay, for both medications and activity levels. I feel comfortable administering medications, and would need to be aware of what their needs are so that I can best meet their needs! Knowing activity levels can help me determine a structure for my time with your pet to provide them the appropriate level of physical activity.
A typical day
I love getting to know your pets individually, and learning the things that they like to do. From there, I structure my visits so I’m engaging your pets in stimulating activities and take them for walks/let them outside (whichever is preferred!) so that all of their needs are met!

Reviews

Great dog sitter, warmed up to my anxious pup.
We have been using Max to care for our two dogs for many years now. He is reliable and caring. One of our dogs is not good with new people, but Max gave him the space and time he needed and now my dog loves Max! My dogs also get multiple medications, and Max always administers them appropriately and accurately. We always know when we go away that our dogs are in great hands with Max!
Max has been watching my furry kids for over 6 years. He is great at taking care of them and making sure they are ok. My one dog is diabetic and he’s great at giving him his shot 2x a day. He is super reasonable and my dogs are always so happy to see him. Max has stayed in my home with my fur babies for 3 weeks before as well as doing day checks, No matter the time or reason he is someone I can count on and trust. I highly recommend him as a pet sitter!
