We have both always had dogs, growing up I lived on lots of land and always had 4 dogs which I loved to train and walk. We live in an area with immediate access to lots of walks and woodland (short and long) and love to go on long walks in our spare time. We have lots of dogs who visit us part time and are treat like family.

Maxine and her family took great care of my little Princess Poppy while I was at work. Went exploring with their dogs the map I left them of the local walks and even popped into the dog friendly pub too. Great communication and photos will definitely be using again and would 100% recommend. Thank you !
Maxine and Thomas were absolutely amazing looking after our dog for a week at very short notice. She had so much fun, great walks out and lots of care and attention. We got regular photos and videos which really put us at ease, seeing how much fun she was having. We can’t wait for her stay again!
Maxine & husband were great, kindly accepting last minute booking. Lovely quiet area, surrounded by walks, close to Kynren and Bishops Auckland attractions. Easy church parking to drop off and introduce dogs on neutral ground. Lots of happy pictures sent.
We left Jasper with this lovely family for two weeks, and I'll admit we were a little nervous beforehand as we haven't had the best experiences in the past. We really didn't need to worry though! They made us feel completely at ease from the very start. We met up beforehand, which was so reassuring, and their communication through the Rover app was fantastic throughout. Over the two weeks we received lots of photos and regular updates, and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. It was clear that Jasper wasn't just being looked after – he was treated like part of the family, which meant the world to us. We came home to a very happy, relaxed dog, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Jasper!
Brilliant experience! Daisy definitely loved her stay and was well cared for. We had lots of updates and photos which was so reassuring. We will definitely use them again in the future, Highly recommend!

Schedule
We do lots of walking in our spare time, we have lots of different dogs who come to visit and are used to many breeds both big and small. All dogs get a minimum of three good walks a day but often we do more.

We have a fenced front and back yard that backs onto fields within less than a minute, there are a number of short and long walks locally that range from ten minutes onwards.
A typical day
There is a huge amount of woodland near our house and lots of fields so plenty of exercise opportunity. We always use a tracker for extra peace of mind and it also counts steps so we would update you on their daily steps and activity. Previously we had a high energy dog so we know all the tricks to tire them out. We are used to all different breeds and sizes of dogs.
