I want to know your dog’s temperament, both with new people and other animals. I’d like to know if they have a special diet or behaviors I need to watch out for. And if there’s anything else that makes your pet happy, I’d love to know that too.
A typical day
I like to go on hikes and runs and have experience doing both with dogs. If there’s a field or park nearby then I am game for fetch as well.

I’m a friendly chap and I’ve lived with both cats and dogs in the past. I have years of experience taking care of dogs for friends and roommates, ranging in size from chihuahua to pit bull. I also have a pet turtle, whom I’ve lived with for 20+ years.

Maxim took great care of our 2 year old German Shepherd. He is quite high energy and can be reactive towards other dogs, but he ensured he was well exercised and cared for nonetheless!
Maxim obviously took great care of our cat Oscar while we were gone for two weeks. We came home to a very relaxed, happy boy. He didn't seem to even notice we were gone! I would definitely feel comfortable leaving Oscar in his care again in the future.

He truly cares for the well-being of pets and you can tell that animals love him and his calm energy. Maxim is experienced in taking care of dogs with a variety of personalities and behaviors - I have witnessed him successfully navigate interactions with dogs of various temperaments with patience. With humans, Maxim is personable, reliable, and easy to work with. He is also very respectful of others’ space, making him a trusted person to have in your home. I highly recommend Maxim if you want to feel confident that your pets are happy and your home is cared for while you are away!
Max is a trustworthy, responsible and reliable friend to all who knows him and is amazing at caring for a variety of pets & animals (of all sizes and temperaments)! He is a passionate vegan & animal lover, volunteers at the pet shelter during his free time, and has 20+ years of personal experience caring for cats, dogs, bunnies and even turtles! He has watched countless of furry friends for family, friends, neighbors, and is passionate about all animals being treated well and with lots of love. I know your furry friends will be in very good hands while under his care. I cannot say enough - I recommend him highly!
