Safety is of the utmost importance to me. While I don't currently take dog sits in my home, I offer sitting in your home. So when I am at your home, I am keenly aware of any behavioral changes or shifts in their energy. On walks, I will always make sure your dog is happy. So, for example, if your dog is slightly (or significantly) reactive, I will ensure we don't come into contact with any dogs. These are the things that make all the difference when it comes to safety.

A typical day
I'm a big believer that an average walk is a nice split between a nice brisk walk and slow casual sniffing. This gives your pup the all-important duo of physical and mental stimulation needed to be happy and pooped.

Hello there, My name is Max and it's my pleasure to give your furry family member just the kind of love you give it when you are home. I have extensive experience working in a doggy daycare where we'd see over 150 dogs a day. I'm comfortable working with all dog sizes. (Especially large and strong ones. I'm 6'7".) I have a keen sense of “dog language” and understand signs of when dogs need attention, are begging, or are in pain. My calm and happy demeanor has helped me win over just about every dog I've ever met. I have a safe and roomy SUV and can take your pooch anywhere they need to go. My Overall goal is to ensure every single need of your dog is met and that your home is in wonderful condition when you return from work or vacation. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

Max was great! Lots of communication throughout, and he took great care of our pets and house. He sent pictures of them and I could tell the dogs had a lot of fun while he was there. He even left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for pet and house sitting.
