⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WOW! I’m so glad I found Max on Rover! I genuinely feel like I found a GEM. There are so many sitters on Rover, and finding someone I truly feel comfortable leaving my dog with for an extended period of time is not easy, especially because I travel out of the country quite often. This felt less like boarding and more like a luxury doggy spa vacation! Max has an incredibly spacious home, and the backyard is HUGE, with beautiful, well kept green grass and plenty of mature trees that provide shade for outdoor time. Zara had so much space to run around, explore, and enjoy herself. It never felt like the typical boarding experience where dogs are confined for most of the day. What impressed me even more than the space was how much Max genuinely cares about animals and how knowledgeable he is about dogs. He understands the importance of respecting their personal space and boundaries, reading their body language, and recognizing what they’re communicating. He also gave me helpful information about Zara’s anxiety and how to maintain a calm environment to help reduce her stress. I really appreciated that because it showed me that his care goes beyond simply feeding a dog and letting them outside. He actually understands dogs and pays attention to their individual needs. I was also amazed at how quickly Zara warmed up to him. She typically has anxiety and barks at people she doesn’t know, so seeing how comfortable and happy she became with Max gave me so much confidence in him. He maintained Zara’s normal routine, gave her plenty of room to run around, and even let her sleep on his bed! She looked so happy and calm that it honestly felt like she was on vacation. And his communication is PHENOMENAL! He kept me updated every single day and sent pictures and videos from morning through evening. That gave me so much peace of mind because I could actually see how Zara was doing throughout the day instead of constantly wondering if she was okay. I’m so glad I found Max on Rover. I finally feel like I’ve found a sitter I can genuinely trust and feel comfortable leaving Zara with for a longer period of time when I travel. I will absolutely be booking with him again and recommending him to my friends and family. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about animals, understands dog behavior, respects their boundaries, communicates exceptionally well, and provides a loving home environment, I highly recommend Max. Zara definitely found herself a new favorite sitter! ❤️🐾

Dogs love Max. They seem to follow him everywhere around the house. He plays with them and entertains them. He is very caring and accommodating.

Max is a very respectful and loving person who loves animals and takes excellent care of them. He is very passionate about providing them love and affection. He loves taking them for walks and playing with them.
