I grew up on a small farm, and from as young as I could remember, I was always the “Animal Wrangler”, and main caretaker for my friends’ and family's pets, anytime I would visit. I started pet sitting more professionally in 2012, beginning Team Max as an All-In-One, Pet/House/Child Sitter, with Cleaning, Transportation, and General Task Assistance available, as additional services. I’ve worked with a wide variety of animals, from big to small, old, or wild, and most with special needs. (Only Spiders are off limits). I’m currently getting my degree in Animal Training, followed by a Vet Tech degree; so, soon I’ll have a brochure of training opportunities I can provide and more.

I like to build a foundation of trust by meeting with my clients beforehand. Not only for us and the pets to feel safe and comfortable, but, I enjoy getting a walk-through of the house, learning how it functions, and talking through any concerns, prior to the first stay or visit.

My Ella is slow to warm up to strangers, but she took to Max like old friends right away. I feel great leaving Ella (and Killer of course) with Max in the future.

Max is amazing! I reached out to him needing a last minute walk for our dogs and he made himself available right away. He is so attentive and truly cares for animals like they are his own. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

I'm currently a pet sitter full time, along with doordashing weekly. So I'm looking to fill out my time with as many animals as I can work with.
