I stay calm, read body language, and give dogs time to feel safe around me. I live in North York and keep routines steady: on-leash walks, fresh water, meds or meals as directed, doors locked, and harness/collar checks before every walk. No off-leash or dog parks unless you ask me to, and we can always try a short walk together first, to see if the dog is responsive to me. You’ll get clear updates each visit. I’m comfortable with large breeds, senior dogs, and pets with quirks or reactivity. I follow your training cues and your household rules.
