Hi, I’m Maurice. I grew up in the Netherlands and growing up my family fostered rescue dogs from Spain, so I’m used to all kinds of personalities—shy, anxious, high-energy, or reactive. I stay calm, read body language, and give dogs time to feel safe around me. I live in North York and keep routines steady: on-leash walks, fresh water, meds or meals as directed, doors locked, and harness/collar checks before every walk. No off-leash or dog parks unless you ask me to, and we can always try a short walk together first, to see if the dog is responsive to me. You’ll get clear updates each visit. I’m comfortable with large breeds, senior dogs, and pets with quirks or reactivity. I follow your training cues and your household rules.

Maurice took great care of Superdog and the house while we were away. He communicated well and made sure he understood her instructions clearly. She was being treated by our vet for a few age -related conditions at the time, and Maurice reassured us that he had everything under control. I would hire him again!

In one word the experience was amazing. Maurice knows what he is doing, genuinely cares about your pets, goes above and beyond and keeps you updated. One of my pet Chini had his birthday during the house sitting and i just informed him casually, and he went way above and beyond hot him a you and a birthday biscuit as well. At the same time we were made aware of how things were going and my 2 dogs genuinely love him. He even accepted last minute changes to our travel which got impacted due to visa issues and we could travel without any tension, all thanks to him. By far he is the best among many pet sitters that i have contacted and availed the Servuce of and to be honest he deserves a 5 star. Looking forward to availing your help again.
Maurice was wonderful with Leo and Taco — very kind, reliable, and clearly great with dogs. They were happy and relaxed after their walk, which says a lot. I’d definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Maurice is amazing! He helps me keep my dog active by taking her on long, energetic walks when I work late shifts. He’s very reliable and responsive, and he’s always willing to help with extra tasks—like feeding her—without hesitation. I’ll definitely be booking him again soon! 🐾

Schedule
I’m currently working part-time with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time for your pets. I’m usually available weekends and weekday afternoons (after 2pm), but I’m happy to adjust—just reach out.
