Maureena was amazing! She took such great care of my two pups while I was out of town. She kept me updated every day with photos and check-ins, which gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciate how communicative she was and how well she treated my boys. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be using her again.

We booked Maureena to house sit our dog for six days. We had a meet and greet before the booking, and things seemed to be going well. However, on the first day, we couldn’t get ahold of Maureena for about seven hours. We didn’t receive messages back and when we called, the call went directly to voicemail. After several hours, we reached out to Rover support, and they advised their efforts (email, message, and call) also went unanswered. Since our dog had been left alone for so long and since we had no idea if she was going to come back, we had to enlist the help of a friend. Around midnight, Maureena finally called us back and said she was “at a Friendsgiving” and that her “phone had died.” The following day, Maureena texted again, apologizing, this time claiming that she had “an emergency,” and that was why she couldn’t communicate. I have no idea what really happened, but the fact of the matter is we couldn’t get ahold of Maureena for about seven hours, we had no idea if/when she was going to return to care for Bleu, and so we had no choice but to cancel the remaining days and scramble to find a replacement sitter while on vacation hundreds of miles away. Also, I had to reach out to Rover to get reimbursed, because they tried to charge me the cancellation fee.

Maureena was fantastic with our 7-year-old dog. She sent lots of pictures and updates, and made sure he was comfortable and happy all weekend! We already booked another service with Maureena and she’ll be our go-to from here on.

Maureen was awesome and Mishka’s eyes said it all. She listened carefully to call requested and went above and beyond. She took her to park and played ball with her several times a day. She attentively groomed her and even gave her a shower. I got plenty of updates and photos throughout. She was great in the house and respectful of our space. She was great about keeping in touch. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Thanks Maureena.

Maureena did a great job pet sitting Scarlett for a number of days. We came home to a happy and healthy pup and a tidy house. Scarlett takes time to warm up to strangers and Maureena did a great job being calm and winning her over. Highly recommend for pet/house sitting!

We felt so good leaving our dogs with Maureena! We knew they were in great hands. She did a wonderful job keeping us updated and sending us pics while we were gone. We will definitely use her again!
