I am home all day with my little pup and she would love a playmate and a sniffing buddy on her walks. We enjoy the local dog parks and never repeat the same walks twice in a row. She is very good about sharing her toys. I have always had large dogs so I’m quite comfortable with them as well. My yard is only partially bounded with hedges. So all potty breaks are accomplished with walks on leash. Or at either of the 2 off leash fenced dog parks here. I have experience giving oral medication with or without food as prescribed. And I only give bones under constant supervision on chew mat. It will be taken away at the end of the chew session.

Schedule

I am home all day with my pup and would like to care for dogs that we can fold into our routine of 3 walks a day. We hit the dog parks at least twice a day.

Safety, trust & environment

I can only work with socialized dogs who behave and walk well on a leash. For overnight stays, they must be able to sleep on their own bed/crate. All my furniture is slipcovered so dogs are welcome to nap on the couch if they want. The whole house is hardwood floors and no stairs inside. I normally feed my dog 3 times a day and do not leave food out all day - just water is available all day. Treats are only used during training sessions or as rewards for doing something - a trick, a bath … etc
