I am retired and home every day so your pet will get round-the-clock care. I can provide daily or weekly care to your fur baby in my home. I prefer to pet sit only one pet at a time and I have a fenced yard to keep your pet safe.

A typical day
Backyard play while owner works in garden. Possible walks around neighborhood if visiting dog does not pull very hard on leash. I cannot walk large dogs over 35 lbs.

Pet care experience
I currently have a 1/2 beagle rescue dog from Homeward Trails and one cat trapped and rescued from living in the woods. Both cat and dog are friendly and best friends with each other. I live in a single family home with a fenced in back yard. I was a former Foster for 10 years. I am currently retired and can babysit your Furr baby for the entire day or week, whichever is needed. I can also provide daily walks and dispensing of medications if you wish. My rates are significantly lower than boarding your pet, plus your pet will not be caged and will enjoy a pet friendly home with lots of toys to play with. Treats that I give my dog can be handed out if pet parent allows. I prefer dogs that are fully house trained to not relieve themselves inside the house. If not fully trained, then I would consider dogs (elderly or early dementia) who use doggy diapers.

Maureen gave Graham excellent care. She treated him as if he was her own pet. She sent pics of Graham throughout the week which gave me peace of mind as this was Graham’s first time away from home overnight. I will definitely reach out to Maureen when boarding Graham again.

This was our first time keeping our 6 month old Golden Doodle Simba, with anyone overnight. Maureen took really great care of Simba. She was very communicative and sent us pictures and videos daily. Simba really enjoyed his stay with Maureen.
