Equine and Canine sitter!
In the previous 10+ years, I have been taking care of horses and dogs. I have extensive equine knowledge due to my degree and previous employments. I am comfortable giving both horse and dog medicines of various types. As for dogs, I have done all the training on my own, I’m comfortable with puppies, can handle different temperaments, senior care, and special needs cases. I’m willing to also offer drop in services for equines and other animals. Please message me with any questions you may have!

Maura and her husband are super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. My two large dogs appeared to be well taken care of. Maura communicated well with updates and photos. I highly recommend her.
Took excellent care of our dog while we had to be out of town. Accepted our last minute booking. Extremely competent and professional. I felt bad that I didn’t have time to get her groomed before we left.
Maura is very responsible when it comes to raising and watching animals. She's worked with dogs from puppy age to adults and has trained a wide variety of breeds from energetic cattle dogs to laid back labs. She's very loving and compassionate with all animals!

Schedule
I work from home, so I am around most of the time. If I’m out running errands, it tends to be a couple hours away from home.

I have a fenced in yard where the dogs can run and play freely. I also have acreage for long walks. I have two dogs of my own that are very friendly and love friends. I feed my dogs separately from your dogs and am flexible to accommodate your dog

A typical day
We have plenty of activities to do on our property. We can take long walks, take sniff walks in the woods, play fetch, play with obstacles, interact with horses and chickens. Inside the house we offer sniffle mats, food puzzles, lick mats, stuffed toys, and lots of cuddles.
