Doggy daycare/dog walking fits really naturally into my routine because I already have dedicated days off during the week and love staying active. I work full time, but on my available days I’m home and able to give dogs lots of attention, walks, playtime, and bathroom breaks throughout the day.

Before I take care of a pet, I like to get a good feel for their normal routine—feeding times, walks, bathroom breaks, and how they usually spend their day so I can keep things consistent for them. I also ask about their food, any allergies or medications. Do they like the car? It’s important for me to know how they act. If they pull on walks, don’t get along with other dogs, or have any escape risks.
A typical day
I provide daily walks, feeding, playtime, and attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. Living near the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum trails allows for safe, enriching walks and regular outdoor exercise. I also have a big backyard where we can hang out.
