Mattie always does a great job with our pets and our house. Our dog gets very anxious when we leave and has had chewing and potty issues with other pet sitters. Mattie gives her the love and attention she needs to calm her nerves and we have had zero issues with her as our pet sitter.
Mattie is honestly, the best! She’s a great house sitter. She leaves our house the way (or better) we left it. She is really attentive and gentle with our older dog. And…she is great with our younger, energetic pups. Our dogs absolutely love her and the attention she gives to them. Mattie is the only dogsitter that we will leave with our dogs! We highly recommend Mattie!!!!

Pet care is my full-time focus which allows me to offer flexible and consistent availability throughout the week. I am available for morning midday evening and overnight care including weekends and holidays because this is my primary commitment. I am able to adapt to your pets routine and provide reliable attentive care without overbooking myself your pet will receive my full attention and priority.

In a client‘s home, my goal is to create a calm, consistent environment. That helps keep your pet comfortable while you’re away. I follow all routines closely, including feeding schedules. Exercise needs, medication (if needed), and any household preferences. I am very mindful of cleanliness, safety and respect for your space. I double check doors, gates and locks and monitor your pet for any behavioral or health changes and keep everything tidy. You can expect regular updates photos and clear communication so you always know how your pet is doing. Additionally, I clean everything I touch including all the linens before you return.
A typical day
I believe pets thrive when they’re mentally and physically stimulated so I make my time with them interactive and engaging. I love incorporating enrichment activities, structured walks, play sessions and positive reinforcement to keep pets happy and confident. For shy or anxious pets, I focus on trust building, calm presence and creating a secure environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. Every pet is different and I adapt my approach to what makes them happiest.
