I’ve personally had pets my whole life, and cared for a whole range of animals, from hedgehogs to horses, and of course plenty of cats and dogs. I’ve been a pet sitter on Rover for over 3 years now, and have gained valuable experience with puppies, special needs animals, rodents, large breeds, and exotics!

I am very big on safety - I make sure to keep track of all pets’ whereabouts, and I like to use a notebook to keep track of feeding, walking, potty, and any needed medication.

This is the second time we had Mattie watch our cat Wilson, and like before, they did a wonderful job! Sometimes when I’m not home, Wilson eats too quickly and regurgitates - this was not an issue for Mattie! They fed him slowly in smaller amounts and also cleaned up a mess he left on the carpet. Thank you so much!
I was very satisfied with the care that Mattie gave my cat, Dixie. Mattie was there twice a day to feed, water, and clean the litter boxes, and was very flexible with my requests. Dixie must have liked her as Dixie doesn't warm up to humans right away and she did that with Mattie. I will engage Mattie in the future to care for Dixie.
Mattie was remarkable and so great with Leo. Not everyone can care for a large breed dog, but Mattie did it without issue and made a great friends with Leo. We so appreciate her watching him on a holiday with shorter than usual notice.
Mattie was such an amazing sitter! Mattie looked in on my 2 cats over the course of 3 weeks while I was gone for the holidays and was great about sending me thorough updates. I would 100% recommend Mattie as your next sitter!

Schedule
I’m currently a part-time student, with a very flexible schedule - all of my classes are online! I have so much extra time and energy, and I love spending it caring for critters :)
