Sophie and I have been housesitting for almost four years now, somehow increasing the amounts of sits we do each year. With over 20 sits over three platforms, we've cared for more than 40 animals – dogs, cats, chickens, fish etc. – in all sizes and breeds! We owe the fact that we've never received anything but a 5 star review to the fact that housesitting and taking care of animals is not just an avenue for us to go on vacation, but that the animals are the real reason for our travels. We love all animals and would ideally want all kinds of pets. Sadly we're still too young and change where we live far too often for it to make sense. Taking care of animals allows us to make up for this by connecting with animals. We'd love to take care of yours too! We're experienced with dogs and cats of all sizes, young and old, with administering medicine, be that by liquid drops, pills, injections etc., with animals that are too animated/not well trained and those that need animation and exercise. We've even rescued animals, so we're used to staying cool in extreme situations. There's little that we haven't done in terms of animal care!
