Hi! I'm Matt, a reliable and attentive dog sitter based in Nashville. I am getting back into dog walking after taking a break since before COVID, and I am excited to start caring for dogs again on a regular basis. I have loved dogs my entire life and have several years of hands-on experience with dog sitting and pet care. While I cannot have a dog of my own right now due to apartment restrictions, caring for other people’s dogs is something I genuinely enjoy and take seriously. I work full time, but I dog sit on the side because I truly love spending time with dogs and making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I am very dependable, detail oriented, and respectful of routines. I make it a priority to follow your instructions closely so your dog feels safe and relaxed while you are away. I am comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just quiet companionship, I will care for them as if they were my own. I am happy to accommodate special requests and always aim to give both you and your dog peace of mind. I look forward to meeting your pup!

Matt took wonderful care of our dog! I am a very protective dog owner and leaving my pup with anyone is really scary, but Matt made this process so easy and comfortable! Matt provided me with updates and photos DAILY, which I absolutely loved! I could tell my dog was getting the care and love she deserved by her smile in all the pics. Matt has a large back yard and was able to exercise my dog plenty, on top of several walks, and trips to the Parthenon. Matt even let her sleep in his bed when she didn’t want to stay in her kennel. Matt truly exceeded my expectations and took amazing care of my pup. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any dog owner, he will definitely love your dog as his own!
