Loving Sitter-Quiet Home Big Yard🐾
Hi, my name is Matt, I’ve cared for pets for over 20 years and I would love to take care of your dog! I’m home all day, enjoy spoiling my doggie guests with affection, and have a large home and yard for lots of play😁 I have a friendly cavadoodle of my own, so ideally we like to host pups that get along with others! I work from home full time with a flexible schedule and am happy to accommodate any scheduling needs. I enjoy getting exercise with my dog guests in the morning by playing in the yard, taking a walk around the neighborhood, or taking a beach walk if allowed. Rest of the day is more play with me and my dog or if your pup prefers to lounge and relax after a ruff day, I can set them up to hangout with me separately while my dog relaxes in my spare room if needed. I have a very large, clean, safe and secure home and yard for dogs. I have ample space indoors, doggy beds available, and am happy to accommodate dogs health needs as requested. I also live 5 minutes away from a 24 hour vet hospital and have experience in identifying potential medical issues with dogs🏥

Matt and his pup Dewey were great! This was Oakley’s first boarding experience and Matt made sure to make her feel at home and us feel at ease leaving her. It’s clear he’s a great pet Dad! Oakley had so much fun being able to run around the yard and play with Dewey. We’d definitely use Matt in the future.
Matt took such good care of our "senior citizen" Boykin, Sadie! We always have peace of mind leaving her with him and Dewey.
Sadie was well cared for once again! Matt is a treasure!
Sadie was so happy to see Matt and Dewey and stay with them again. He's the best!
It was great! I think the boys' stay with Matthew and Dewey was calming and relaxing for them. They came back to me with absolutely no signs of anxiety. Matthew does his homework ahead of time to make sure it will be a good fit for all parties involved. He takes care to make sure he knows what the doggies in his care need to have a good stay. I would most definitely entrust the care of the Dog Show that lives at my house to Matthew and Dewey again.
Matthew was a great caregiver for Sadie! She had such a good time with him and Dewey. She looked happy in every picture he sent. We will definitely use Matthew again Matt also communicated well with us.

Schedule
I work from home with a flexible schedule and and can hang out, play, go on walks, hit the park, or do anything else that your pup needs on the spot!

Safety, trust & environment
When a dog arrives, I like to show them lots of affection and give them some sort of treat to help build some trust and companionship. I then like to give them a tour of the home like I would a human lol... Most dogs love sniffing around my large fenced yard and I always make sure to accompany them so that they can get used to me keeping an eye on them. From there, I usually like to be in the same room as my dogs at all times unless they are taking a nap on the couch and or want their alone time :)

A typical day
I enjoy getting to know your dog’s personality, gaining their trust, and developing a fun relationship with them. Between the 5 or 6 parks surrounding me, the beach down the street, my home, and large yard, there’s lots of space for exercise, relaxing, and play!
