Love dogs of all breeds and sizes!
Thank you for taking the time to consider me to be the one to watch your fur baby! My name is Matt and I have worked with dogs and other animals for over 18 years. I am deeply committed to taking care of animals, and not just my own dogs. They are all current on their vaccinations, as well as spayed/neutered. I love all breeds and sizes, as well as all ages, though I have a soft spot for senior pets. I can also dispense medications when needed, and am familiar with most pet medicines. I have dog training experience, and I also can handle dogs with anxiety issues and separation issues. Never met a dog that did not love me. I do not give grooming services for free, so if you wish they get a bath or nail trim during their stay that will need to be communicated and I will charge the booking appropriately.

Matthew is awesome, he’s watched my dog twice now and both times have been great!
Nice guy, was willing to work with me on timing for drop off and pickup. Didn't realize I wasn't going to be allowed to see where my dog would be staying (not allowed in the house, no photos of inside or yard avail). My dog came home with a small open wound on his head that was never even mentioned (and didn't appear in the photos sent while I was gone).
Mathew is clearly very knowledgeable about dogs. My dog Beans is very large and nervous, he handled her perfectly. Will book again.

My German Shepherd did not have the best stay with Matthew. Not sure what the issue was but I’ve used Rover well over a dozen times & never had a single problem. He’s complimented for his behavior. Matthew told me my dog has bad anxiety and caused damages to his property and had to be picked up early. I asked for photos of the damage but was not provided any. My dog is 89lbs and is showing signs of being placed in a kennel for long periods of time that’s too small for him. He has joint pain in his legs. His testicles are now scarred up. And he smelled horrible. His mouth his scarred up from trying to bite his way out of the crate (he is very much crate trained). And he smelled horrible from obviously sitting in his own waste. Also placed in the bathroom while he was out to run errands. I’m sure Matthew is fine with other animals as his reviews state, but my pet did not have a great experience.
This was Chuba’s third stay with Matthew, and he took great care of him as always. I’m so happy I found such a reliable sitter nearby, it makes everything so convenient. I’ll definitely continue booking with Matthew in the future. I even had flight delays, and he was incredibly flexible and accommodating with my late pickup. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I do work full time, however between me and my roommate there is someone here typically 21 out of the 24 hours in a day. Depending on drop off and pick up times, it will be one of us handling it.

I have a fenced in yard that they can run and play in. Also I do crate when not home, but for the most part there is someone here 21 out of 24 hours of the day.
Pets
A typical day
There are several parks nearby my home that I can take the four legged buddies out for a walk. I also have dogs of my own that love other dogs, so if your dog is friendly as well then they will have several new friends to play with during their stay with me. If house sitting, just tell me what their favorite activity is and I will make sure they get plenty of it.
