I treat every dog like they’re my own—whether that means getting on the floor to play with a high-energy pup or taking slow, gentle walks with a senior dog who needs extra care. I have experience with senior care (including administering medications and accommodating mobility issues). I’m also great at reading dog body language and making shy or anxious pups feel safe and loved. My goal is always to keep your pet happy, healthy, and comfortable while you're away.

Matthew was amazing with my very nervous and anxious dog, Tucker. We did a test night before a longer trip, and while Tucker was hesitant and unsure at first (including some growling and barking), Matthew was incredibly patient and kind. He let Tucker set the pace, waited for him to feel comfortable, and never rushed the process. While we were away for over a week, Matthew regularly sent updates and photos, which was reassuring. It was wonderful to see Tucker gradually looking more relaxed, confident, and comfortable in his care. Seeing that progress made a huge difference for my peace of mind. I would absolutely love to board Tucker with Matthew again in the future and highly recommend him, especially for dogs who may need extra patience and understanding.
Matthew was great! This was my first time leaving my Aussie with anyone. It was a two day trial run to see how he reacted being away from me and home for any length of time. He did great! Matthew was very thorough in gathering as much information about my dog, likes, dislikes, daily schedule, etc. Matthew’s home was very clean and roomy. Matthew sent me updates and pictures throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend Matthew to others.

I have an apartment with some larger open spaces, a pet friendly couch, an outdoor porch, a walking trail 3 minutes away, and a dog park 15 feet from my door!
Ein typischer Tag
I normally start by taking the pupper out for a quick walk and potty break. Then we come inside eat some breakfast and hang on the couch. Then I’ll take them out again in the afternoon. Then dinner and a last walk just before bed.
