We actually met 14 years ago while working together at a boarding kennels and cattery, and we’ve been surrounded by animals ever since. Matthew’s Experience: Matthew has spent his entire working career as a military working dog handler, working with highly trained dogs of all temperaments and energy levels. He’s calm, confident, and experienced with everything from strong working breeds to sensitive, anxious dogs. His background means he understands structure, trust, patience, and how to adapt to each dog’s individual needs. Laura’s Experience: Laura spent many years working in kennels and catteries, caring for animals from all backgrounds — nervous rescues, energetic working breeds, elderly pets needing extra support, and shy animals who simply need time and reassurance. What We Offer: We’re confident with all personalities and comfortable administering medications when needed. We understand how important routines, feeding schedules, and one‑to‑one attention are while owners are away, and we always follow your pet’s normal routine to help them feel settled.
