Hi I'm Matty, I have watched dogs for many years, have two of my own (Ringo is 13 and Ellie is 8) so have been around dogs for some time. Willing to watch and/or walk in and around the NW DC area. I work from home and have a relatively flexible schedule so can do daytime walks. Feel free to message me for meet and greets.

Our pup loves his staycations with Matty! He takes incredibly care of Bowser, provides plenty of updates, pics and clear communication. It’s a huge relief not having to worry at all when we leave Bowser in Matty’s trusted hands. 15/10 would recommend!

Matty has been an absolute joy to work with and a lifesaver for my crazy husky. He is incredibly responsive and communication is always clear. Recently he was even able to add an extra walk last minute when a work conflict came up. My pup takes a little while to warm up, and Matty was patient, attentive and won him over quickly. The peace of mind we get from knowing that Matty will reliably show up and give our pup an amazing walk while we’re working is a relief. Don’t hesitate to book Matty if you can, 15/10 recommend.

Schedule
I am fully remote and have a very flexible schedule, so can do daytime walks. I share custody of my pups so if staying with me for a sitting there would be no other dogs at home, so any pup would get plenty of attention.

Safety, trust & environment
My apartment building requires key fob entry at all entrances and elevators and has a reception desk with someone on call 24/7. In addition there is a small fenced in dog park right off the side of the building.

A typical day
I love playing with pups and if they were willing could do multiple walks per day. Also since there is a small dog park right on the side of my building I could take them out to run around. Or if they want to just curl up on the couch and watch movies I will oblige.
