Ever since I was a kid, I have owned 8 dogs, smallest being chihuahuas, largest being labs! I love all pets I handle, and form close bonds with them! I have experience in overnight house + dog watching, making sure medicine is taken if requested, novice puppy training, senior dog care, and much more!

Firstly, I always love to take notes on what the client is requesting. If they simply want me to walk for x amount of time, no important notes, then I will treat the dog accordingly and with care. If there are important pieces of information about the dog I usually like to be aware and make sure both sides have the same understanding to make sure the interaction goes smoothly and accordingly! The most important part of pet care is communication!

He's taken care of multiple pets both house-sitting and dog walking. Matt's got his own dogs and some horses on his family's property, and is very comfortable with animals. Both family and friend extensions, he's worked with both small and large dogs (chihuahuas to full grown adult labs!).
I have a boxer dog and Matthew walked and fed my dog for a three day period where I was out of town. During those days he consistently made sure my dog was walked three times a day and that my dog had food and water whenever he came over. He is a very polite and charming man who I would trust with my dog again.
I have a Borzoi that I requested to be fed and brushed a few times a week during the evening while I am out with other family members. Matthew has made sure my Borzoi is properly brushed and fed, while also entertaining her!

Schedule
Every single day I have set times when my dogs need my assistance. My dogs both love to go outside to relieve themselves at 4 AM - 5 AM. After that they want to have their breakfast. Once that is over they typically want to take a nap till the afternoon comes around. After that the next main point of care is in the evening when I take them on a short walk, and then need to feed dinner as well around that time. Throughout the day they need to be let outside to relieve themselves every hour or so.
