Max is a detail‑oriented engineer who brings that same precision to caring for cats. He’s reliable, attentive, and great at following routines. Anyone would feel confident leaving their pet in his care. Plus he’s an incredibly nice person!

Max is a phenomenal plant dad with an impressive number of flourishing plants around his home and yard. He is observant, caring, and methodical when it comes to mounting, watering, pruning, altering conditions, and rehoming his plants. He has a big heart and it is obvious in how he treats people, animals, and plants alike. He would be a wonderful person to have take care of anyone’s housesitting needs.

I can’t recommend Max highly enough! He cared for my indoor/outdoor cat, Buddy, whenever I traveled, and I always knew Buddy was in the best hands. Max went above and beyond with his care—honestly, sometimes even better than I do! Buddy was fed at the exact same times every day, and I even came home to find he’d learned a new trick or two, like sitting patiently before being fed. It’s obvious that Max genuinely cares about every animal he looks after. He treats each pet with patience, consistency, and so much love. Knowing Buddy was so well cared for gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I would trust Max with my pets again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.

Matthew has done a great job taking care of both my high maintenance senior dog (Rex) and my cat (Jake) on numerous occasions. He has also taken great care of my plants - including and incredibly fussy one while I was gone for an extended period of time. I would absolutely recommend his services.

Max is a hero and Kubi, queen princess cat as she considers herself, absolutely loves him! Max is very dependable, super sweet and goes above and beyond with care for Kubi. He takes care of it all and is really talented with making cats feel comfortable. Max is who I want taking care of Kubi anytime I am away!
