I take the time to understand each dog’s routine, energy level and needs to make sure they feel safe, comfortable and happy while in my care. Whether it’s a walk, feeding visit or some company during the day, I’ll treat your pet like my own.

Let me know if your dog needs to remain on the lead, recall skills, treat intake etc and I will ensure your pooch is as looked after as possible. If your dog is not good with other dogs, I am more than happy to leave my dog at home while on walks or visits.
A typical day
We will explore parks either near to where you live, or otherwise I can drive them to nearby parks, trails etc and ensure they have to most stimulating walk possible.

I’m a lifelong dog lover and owner of an 11-year-old cocker spaniel called Lucy, so I know just how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring for your pets. I’ve got experience walking and caring for a range of breeds, including Boxers, Rhodesian Ridgebacks and other energetic dogs, and I’m comfortable with everything from relaxed strolls to more active walks. Whether it’s a quick drop-in visit, feeding, playtime or a proper walk, I’ll make sure your dog is safe, happy and well looked after.

Matt has walked my whippet a few times now and is fantastic with him. My dog is very energetic, and can be a bit of a handful on the lead, but Matt is very experienced with dogs, and knows how to keep him calm and contented on the walk.
Matt is great with animals and pets! He is a huge dog lover and I would trust him with mine anytime :) his own dog is a credit to him
