Information Matthew J. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know any medical or behavioural issues beforehand and the strategies that work for you in negating such problems. Also please be clear on expectations regarding training cues, calls and behavioural standards you expect of your dog.
A typical day
I’ll usually take the dogs for a walk and play (with a ball) to Thompson’s Park or Llandaff/Pontcanna Fields near the river for a walk, run and swim.. The other main activity I do is taking the dogs for a drive to somewhere outside of Cardiff, usually coastal, for a walk and swim. I’m very keen for dogs to socialise with one another and chatting to their respective owners when out on an adventure.

Pet care experience
I’ve spent time around animals all my life on my family farm, mainly horses and cats etc. In recent years, I’ve really fallen for dogs - my experience includes puppy-sitting, walking and dog-sitting family dogs or various sizes. I give plenty of attention to and am certain to spoil your pooch with fuss and the occasional treat! My work schedule is pretty ad hoc right now, so I’m flexible and readily available - this includes weekdays days, evenings and weekends. I’ll be certain to quickly communicate any clashes in our schedule. I have a walled garden, walls up to 5ft. The house is dog-friendly with large sofas for your dog to lay on. I live between Thompson’s Park and Victoria Park, also a short distance from the sprawling Llandaff and Pontcanna Fields. I have a dog car hammock to safely take your pooch for a day out.
