I love animals and have cared for them throughout my life. Whether it's pet-sitting for friends or house-sitting for family friends with pets, I have plenty of experience and a genuine love for all furry companions. My top priorities are clear communication and creating a safe, loving environment for your pets. Your pet will never be alone for more than an hour, and I'll provide extra attention and support to nervous dogs. I enjoy being outdoors and ensuring your pet gets at least 30 minutes of daily walks for exercise. For high-energy dogs, I'm happy to engage them in fun activities and games. Your pet's well-being and happiness mean everything to me, and I can't wait to meet them and provide the best care possible!

We were very happy to have Matthew house-sit for our Samoyed, Bella! As many Samoyed owners know, Bella is a dog with an abundance of enthusiasm and she can be quite the energetic whirlwind, especially when meeting new people! We truly appreciated Matthew's willingness to meet Bella twice beforehand. This gave Bella the chance to get to know him, and after her initial burst of excitement (which can last a good ten minutes!), she settled down calmly. Matthew was really patient and understanding with Bella's nature. He was kind and gentle with her, and we received just the right amount of updates, which put our minds completely at ease while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, making the entire experience pretty smooth.

Matthew is very friendly, communicative and really experienced trustworthy dog sitter. Our dog enjoyed staying and walking with him. We would definitively ask him again for day care or boarding.

When I'm at your place, I follow your instructions to keep things familiar and secure. I believe in open communication with pet owners, keeping you updated and giving you peace of mind. Building a strong bond and ensuring pets feel safe, comfy, and joyful is what I'm all about.

A typical day with the pets I care for is filled with fun activities. We start with a leisurely walk outdoors. Throughout the day, we play games like chasing a ball or engaging in interactive play. I customize activities based on each pet's energy and preferences, ensuring they have a great time. If the weather is nice, we might go to a nearby park or explore new trails together. Every day is about creating a loving and joyful experience for the pets in my care.
