I am a life-long dog person, having owned multiple dogs over my life and cared for others' dogs as well. I have dog-waking and dog-sitting experience and I come with excellent references. I can do walks 20-30 minutes and/or visits to parks. I have experience with both large and small breeds, from Rottweiler to Chihuahua. I have worked with puppies and young dogs as well as adult and senior dogs. I also have a lot of experience with dogs with disabilities, health problems, and special needs (including blindness and diabetes). I am experienced with administering medications, both injections and pills. Feel free to ask if I have experience with your particular dog’s special needs- I may be able to help, and I am more than likely willing!

Safety, trust & environment
I will spend a lot of time with your pets and I normally only leave to run errands, or if I have an appointment. I will walk your dogs regularly and feed them on time. Treats are given at your direction, and you can trust me to administer medications. I will leave your home clean. I want you to come home to a clean house and happy pets. I’m comfortable with cameras in the common areas of your home.

Schedule
I am a dependable, retired professional, whom you can count on to fulfill expectations. When we meet, we can talk about how long your pups and kitties are ok on their own, in case I need to run out. But when I’m working for you, your pets and your home are my first priority. Some quick notes: -my rates are 75 per night for 1 dog and 85 per night for 2-3 dogs. Cats are an extra $5 (or 45/night for cat only). I will adjust your total if your rate shows higher. - I can sit extra large dogs (over 100 lbs) only if they do not need walks. We can do regular potty breaks outdoors and sunshine/play time in the yard. - You may see Peanut the dachshund on my pet profile. Peanut is my mom’s dog in Massachusetts. I sometimes arrange services for her. I do not currently have a pet of my own.
