I have been professionally taking care of dogs & cats for nearly six years now but have over 15 years of experience with them over all! I service a majority of the Bronx/Manhattan areas. As you can see by my reviews I ensure to give my clients the best service I can offer and strive to make absolutely sure that you will be as happy as your fur baby in my care. A little about myself: I am 29 years old and I graduated college back in 2015 with a degree in criminal justice and law however after graduating that field I realized I no longer had the passion for it, eventually I found this waiting for approval into the NYPD and ended up loving it. I was already an owner of an amazing dog named Midnight a Schipperke who I adopted in my college years so this just seemed like the right move for me. I already loved animals and have been around them literally my entire life. Owning Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Cockerspaniels, Chihuahuas, Shih Tzu's and so many more including a few cats - even fish/birds haha! While your dog is under my care they will be walked as frequently as you ask of me to do so - whether its 2 or 4 times a day. Their feeding schedule will align with what you have set up for them and of course in between all of that they will get all the love and attention they need. If you have an elderly dog or a dog that has special needs no need to worry! I have experience in administering medications of all kinds, including diabetic shots, or eye drops for blindness, even medication like lotions/soaps for dry skin or potential allergens. This applies for any of my services whether it be a boarding, sitting or drop-in. Just let me know! I send photos/videos usually once a day, along with a brief description on how their stay is going each morning or night just so you are always kept in the loop. However if you feel like you don't need as many updates feel free to let me know! I know some are usually at work or busy in general so I don't want to interrupt your busy day! And as you might've noticed my photo-rate has actually gone down to 50%, that is because most of my clients currently are repeats and don't need photos as often, or not at all. But yeah! :) Please note cat boarding's are rarely accepted since cats are extremely territorial in most cases - this presents issues when other dogs are in the home so this is purely a safety precaution! However sittings, drop ins or any other services you may need I am always happy to help!

Words can’t express how grateful my partner and I are for Mathew! He took care of my pups over the thanksgiving holiday and they loved it! My pups are bit harder handle, especially Latte, but he did so well with them! Lily is also a shy dog and is rather afraid of new men but she took to him very easily! He was even sick when he had to watch them but I could tell he gave his 100% while watching my pups. They came back to us with little toys from their stay as well! I will most definitely be using Mathew’s services in the future!

Mathew was an amazing sitter, we went on a two week vacation overseas, had our Lab Poncho which required daily insulin and pills to control his seizures, on his care, he did amazing even manage to handle a seizure attack which is no easy task . I highly recommend Mathew to take care of your dog, he is truly a professional sitter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Matthew was so great with Gus! It was an extended stay and Matthew was so on top of providing updates and very responsive throughout the boarding. I would highly recommend booking him to watch your pup!
Matthew & his girlfriend was very kid to my furbaby Brix , they watched her last year ! She came back to us the same way we dropped her off I’d highly recommend them and will use them again ! Schedule
This is actually my full time! I made the switch over 3 years ago and now only do dog care, so ill always be home for them, and if for whatever reason I have to step out, such as doing a quick dog walk I make sure that the dog walk is in the area, or that my partner is home. She's also on Rover!

I currently live in the basement unit of my building with a totally private entrance. The only ones with access to me is my partner and my landlord since his office is next door, otherwise my building is pet friendly and I have a totally private backyard with 8 foot tall fences just incase for those pups who can really jump! It's kept completely clean and safe as well.
Pets
A typical day
I take all dogs to near by-parks in the area unless they are very low energy dogs then I'll circle a couple blocks just for them. We have St Mary's Park near by with a brand new police station being built right across the street! I have probably about 200 dog-toys in the home including balls, kong's, and stuffed ones that are usually replaced on a monthly basis since some dogs are stronger than others haha! (All supplied from BarkBox!) so they are all safe to play with, I even let some dogs keep their favorites to take home!
