What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience and genuine care for dogs at every stage of life. I’ve personally taken care of my own dog for over 10 years (before he moved in with my grandparents), which has given me extensive experience in both puppy care and senior dog support. I’ve also provided special care for young, energetic dogs as well as older pets who need a bit more patience and attention. On top of that, I’ve regularly helped friends and family with their pets, whether through dog sitting, walking, or assisting with specific care needs. I truly love building trust with every dog I meet and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away.

When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always prioritize making sure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their familiar environment. I stick closely to the pet’s regular routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. I also take extra steps to keep the home tidy and secure while I’m there. I make sure to give plenty of attention and updates to the owners, so they feel at ease while they’re away. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, I create a cozy, pet-friendly space with lots of room to play and relax. I make sure their routine is kept as consistent as possible and that they feel like part of the family while staying with me. Whether in my home or theirs, I always approach pet care with patience, responsibility, and genuine love for animals.

Jake does a wonderful job walking our standard poodle! He’s a larger size poodle and only 9 months old so we need someone who can manage him and Jake’s been great! Louis has been to training and we ask anyone who walks him to utilize the proper leash and collar techniques (we show them how). Jake caught on right away. A+!

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my daily and weekly routine because I currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m in the process of saving up for law school, so I have the freedom to prioritize pet sitting and can easily adjust my availability to meet the needs of each pet and their owner. Whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I love incorporating time with animals into my day—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to.
