I grew up with a number of dogs in various breeds at different ages of my life, I have always been appreciative of animals and the love that pet's can give you. I also had a long living cat throughout my childhood that was with us 21 years, of recent I have cared and looked after a number of pets with both family & friends. The most recent is Rosie a wonderful, beautiful chocolate coloured intelligent dog with a great personality -She is 8 years old (In Sept) Visla Cross/German Pointer pictured in my profile who I am a regular with caring her for my friend Izabela when she visits relatives abroad I have minded her both at mine and at hers.

Matthew is fantastic we always leave our Zeus with Matthew we know he is in great hands loved and well cared for we would never consider anyone else .Zeus is high maintenance due to being a maincoon cat with brushing and personal but Matthew is 💯 when it comes to all that nothing is an issue Zeus is like his own and loves having quality time with Matthew and his own cats lecky and gas who are very lovable and funny and adore Zeus each time Zeus comes home like he's been on vacation. If anyone is considering leaving your pets wether it's short or long stays contact Matthew he's loverly and keeps you updated every day with photos and messages 😊 I won't go anywhere else brilliant sitter is Matthew
Matthew was absolutely wonderful and we knew from our initial messages that he would take the utmost care or our cocker spaniel,Freya. We explained that we were travelling up from Portsmouth the evening before for my Mum’s funeral so we needed someone to spend the whole day ‘house sitting ‘. He arrived at 8 am and straight away I knew that he would be perfect . He was so sensitive and compassionate , offering sympathy and condolences for my loss. He immediately began interacting with Freya , who bonded with him really quickly. Throughout the day he sent ‘pupdates’ with superb pictures and videos of the two of them playing ‘fetch’ and doing tricks in the garden. He was fabulously understanding about the timescale of his stay , saying that he was happy to stay longer with Freya if needed whilst we attended Mum’s wake. When Matthew was leaving , Freya had formed such an attachment , she wanted to follow him and go with him !!🤣🐾 We cannot fault him at all.👍 He went ‘over and above’ what was required in putting us at ease and in making Freya’s day a lovely one . If we need a ‘house sitter’ when we return north we will have no hesitation in contacting Matt..He was brilliant ! Thankyou so much !!!🥰xx
If anyone needing your pet to be looked after Mathew is fantastic he rearly puts our mind at ease knowing our Zeus is in safe hands and well looked after hes great .we always choose Mathew he goes above and beyond with Zeus and wouldnt choose anybody else .Zeus is a Maincoon cat and is highly maintained expecially with grooming and personal care ,Mathew is great with all whats needed for him and everything he does is fantastic.,Mathew is so caring and always welcomes Zeus as his own family .Lecky and gas are Mathews cats and are adorable funny loveable cats .Zeus misses them when he has to leave .Mathew keeps me updated everyday with photos and messages so he is great for anyone who feels anxious leaving your pets at short notice or a long holiday i would highly recommend Mathew
Matt was the perfect host to our kitten ❤️ PomPom stayed with Matt for two weeks and I didn't need to worry once. From the moment we made the booking, Matt's love for cats shone through. I received daily updates with pictures and PomPom made friends with Matt's two lovely cats. A lovely and attentive person, with a loving home. We will certainly be using Matt again in the future. A very pleasant experience and thank you Matt for everything 😊
Matt is great a wonderful caring person who looks after our zeus when we need zeus is always taken great care of we wouldn't choose anyone else zeus is always like one of the family when he stays with matt and his own cats lecky and gas .matt always sends me wonderful photos and messages everyday and keeps me well informed on zeus if anyone needs their pets looking after matt is the person for your pet he's absolutely fantastic zeus has come home now feeling he's just been on his holiday⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯
Mat was great, kept us updated with pictures and videos of Mojo. I was nervous as she is an old lady and quite timid but she warmed to Mat very quickly. Would highly recommend

Schedule
I currently work from home a lot of the time therefore I am highly flexible and available, although I sometimes am away on location, if your request is not accepted this is usually why as now and again I am away with work. I have a friendly cat living with me in my "cosey" apartment, her name is Lecky she's 2 years 8 months old has a wonderful temperament and loving personality she’s just become a mum and has 3 amazing kittens a boy called Button, two girl‘s one named Kiwi and another called Gas which I kept. Kiwi went with her dad, to a friend and Button to my parents so they all see one another now and again which is amazing. Lecky really enjoys the company of other cat's and has done since being a kitten herself she’s met about 15 other cats with no problems just playing and cleaning one another, sometimes people feel more comfortable with a meet and greet with the right pet, but my two cats Lecky and her daughter Gas are really loving she’s 1 year 3 months now. There are many pet toy's, cat hammocks, an enclosed comfy bed's, 6 feeding bowls, 1 cat fountain, 2 water bowls, cats are allowed on furniture. Please feel free to bring any, additional items your pet requires both nutritional, and pet related to allow them to feel like they are at a home from home.

A typical day
You can be assured that your dog is in the most capable of hands, being able to be walked both on and off lead, running, playing and generally having a good time. I believe in getting to know your pet whether it be minding a cat or dog one on one, so that I can meet their individual needs as well as yours, at your property if preffered. If you have a cat I can place them at my place with my cat Lecky which I'm sure that they enjoy the company of each other, and ensure that when they return home they are happy, healthy and exhausted!
