Pets are cared for like the owner is home. I tend to stick to the plan that the owner put in place for the dogs, so they are comfortable. I come in to a dog sitting or walking like I am a friend to the dog, and many of my past dog walkers have called me “uncle Matt” because of the bond I create with the animals

Before I walk a dog, I would like to know if they need a harness or not, and how they act on a leash. I do not have breed preferences. I have experience and the ability to walk larger dogs.
A typical day
I will take your dog for local, in neighborhood walks, or along trails. If they get muddy, I will clean them up before they get home.

Pet care experience
I have been living with, caring for, and training dogs for over 20 years now. I have worked at 2 different humane societies, in 2 different countries, caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds. Dogs run my life, and I know that they can run other people's lives, so I want to take most of the burden off others who do not feel comfortable bringing their precious puppy to doggy daycare. I will provide in-home care and training, including behavioral training, on or off-leash. I will provide your dog(s) with a walk every morning and/or night to give them the exercise necessary to live a long, healthy life.
